Sri Lanka Cricket honours Mohsin Naqvi in Colombo ceremony
A special ceremony was held in Colombo on Sunday in honour of Mohsin Naqvi, Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, where Sri Lanka Cricket paid tribute to him for promoting the game.
During his visit, the chairman of PCB met Sri Lanka Cricket President Shammi Silva and senior officials. Both boards reiterated their commitment to promoting cricket and increasing cooperation.
Sri Lankan Sports Minister Sunil Kumara Gamage, CEO Ashley de Silva, Federal Minister Chaudhry Salik Hussain and PCB officials also attended the meeting.
On the occasion, Naqvi said cricket is a means of increasing love and closeness. He thanked Sri Lanka Cricket for its wonderful hospitality.
