Islamabad court declares Ali Amin Gandapur absconder in liquor and arms case
Islamabad’s District and Sessions Court has declared PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur an absconder in a liquor and arms seizure case.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashar Hasan Chishti issued the written order, directing police to arrest Gandapur and present him in court immediately.
The court noted that a notice had already been issued against the accused under Section 87, and the police submitted a report of absconder proceedings.
The decision stated that Gandapur appears to have gone into hiding, prompting the court to declare him an absconder.
The court also cancelled his bail bonds, issued permanent arrest warrants, and ordered his inclusion on the list of absconders.
Proceedings against his previous bail were also instructed to begin.
The case is registered at Bara Kahu Police Station.
