Carly Rae Jepsen marries Cole M.G.N. at Chelsea Hotel
Carly Rae Jepsen is officially married to Cole M.G.N., a music producer and collaborator who was born Cole Marsden Greif-Neill.
According to Vogue, the 39-year-old Call Me Maybe singer married in a small ceremony at the storied Chelsea Hotel in New York City.
The pair exchanged vows in the hotel’s famed Bard Room in front of 100 guests.
Jepsen told Vogue, “Whenever we were in New York, the Chelsea Hotel had become a home away from home, and we wanted a place that meant something to us.”
“It was much more special because of its artistic past.”
For the ceremony, Jepsen wore a strapless corseted gown by Toni Maticevski, and for the reception, she chose a flowing, tiered Danielle Frankel dress.
Alexandra Lanzarott, her mother, handcrafted the pearl earrings she wore as an accessory.
Jepsen stated, “I wanted a flowy choice that I could dance in because we were trying to get pregnant.”
In keeping with the venue’s legendary history, Rufus Wainwright gave a surprise performance of Leonard Cohen’s Chelsea Hotel #2 as part of the celebration.
In September 2024, Jepsen shared pictures of her dark-stone engagement ring on Instagram with the remark, “Very engaged over here,” to announce her engagement to Cole.
Initially working together on Jepsen’s 2023 album The Loveliest Time, the pair’s professional relationship quickly developed into a romantic one.
