A Lahore Sessions Court on Wednesday extended the interim bail of Aroob Jatoi, the wife of YouTuber Ducky Bhai, till October 23 in a case related to the illegal promotion of online betting applications.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Dr Sajida Ahmed heard the case. Aroob Jatoi did not appear before the court as her interim bail had expired.

Her counsel submitted a one-day exemption plea, stating that Jatoi was unwell and unable to appear in person.

The lawyer also attached her medical certificate along with the application.

The court accepted the plea for a one-day exemption from appearance and extended Aroob Jatoi’s interim bail till October 23.
