Sheikh Rasheed, Zartaj Gul appar before ATC in May 9 GHQ attack case
An Anti Terrorism Court on Monday took up the 9 May GHQ attack case, with Judge Amjad Ali Shah presiding.
After a brief session, the judge adjourned proceedings until 22 May, while hearings in 11 other cases linked to the same day’s unrest were pushed to 24 May.
The accused were permitted to mark their attendance and depart.
Among those appearing were former interior minister Sheikh Rashid, PTI leaders Zartaj Gul and Kanwal Shauzab, along with several co defendants.
Prosecutor Zaheer Shah represented the state, accompanied by his legal team.
