At least six schools would be closed in Mississippi state of the United States for the next two days, given the cold weather advisory from the authority.

A cold weather advisory is in effect for all of Central Mississippi through Thursday at 9am. “Feels like temperatures would be as low as five degrees each night and would remain near or below freezing during the daytime,” it said.

Moreover, Jones County School District, Laurel School District, Perry County School District, and Wayne County School District would be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
