Police in Peshawar launched a ‘search operation’ in the streets of different parts of the city and frisked passersby.

The search operation was aimed at apprehending criminals and suspects, the police said.

A host of police units joined the operation including Elite Force, Albarak Unit, Rapid Response Force and Bomb Disposal Squad.
