A session court on Wednesday handed over former Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MPA Aslam Mdhiana to police for one-day physical remand in teacher torture case.

Aslam Mdhiana was arrested on Tuesday in Lahore after the Lahore High Court cancelled his interim bail. The accused fled after the LHC cancelled his bail and was later held by the police.
