YETP to launch nationwide AI training for youth in 2026

The Youth Empowerment Training Program (YETP) has announced that it will launch a comprehensive Artificial Intelligence training program for young people across the country in January 2026, aiming to equip youth with industry-relevant digital skills through structured learning and practical training.

According to an official of YETP, the initiative has been specifically designed to provide in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and related emerging technologies.

The program seeks to empower young participants with practical competencies that align with current and future industry demands, enhancing their employability in both local and global markets.

The training program will feature well-structured modules covering both foundational and applied concepts of Artificial Intelligence.

Participants will engage in practical exercises, real-world problem solving, and project-based learning to ensure they gain meaningful experience beyond theoretical understanding.

The YETP official emphasised that Artificial Intelligence is transforming industries worldwide, and young people need to acquire relevant skills to remain competitive.

Through this initiative, YETP seeks to create a new generation of tech-savvy professionals capable of contributing to innovation, productivity, and economic growth.

YETP believes that investing in Artificial Intelligence education will not only improve individual career prospects but also strengthen the country’s digital economy.

With the launch of this initiative, YETP reinforces its vision of enabling youth to play an active role in shaping a technology-driven future, ensuring that young talent is equipped to compete and succeed in an increasingly digital world.
