The Ministry of Religious Affairs, under the instructions of Federal Minister Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, has launched a 24/7 helpline to assist Hajj pilgrims with essential travel information.

The initiative aims to provide continuous support and real-time updates on flight schedules and other pilgrimage-related details.

A ministry spokesperson confirmed that the helpline will function in two shifts, supervised by Director IT Jameel-ur-Rehman.

Hafiz Majid will head the first shift and can be contacted at +92 332 4509868.

Second shift will be managed by Assistant Director Malik Asad at +92 321 5365023.

The helpline is designed to handle inquiries related to flight timings, schedules, and departure arrangements throughout the day.

Officials also urged pilgrims to stay in regular contact with their designated Haji Camps to remain informed about any potential changes or important notifications.
