After Indian airstrike in Pakistan, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has warned that the country “has every right to give a befitting reply to this act of war imposed by India and a befitting reply is being given.”
“The Pakistani nation and the Pakistani Armed Forces know how to deal with the enemy very well,” the prime minister’s office said in a statement.
“The enemy will never be allowed to succeed in his nefarious objectives.”
The prime minister called a meeting of the National Security Committee following the military operation, according to the Federal Minister of Information.
