Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced that global oil prices have decreased, and the benefit of this reduction will be passed on to the public.
He stated that the economy is stabilizing, and a task force has been formed for reforms in the maritime sector.
Speaking at a meeting in Islamabad regarding reforms in the maritime sector, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that a task force has been established for maritime sector reforms, and it has worked diligently.
The Prime Minister also stated that electricity prices have been reduced by an average of Rs7.50, and Pakistan’s economy is becoming more stable.
He added that oil prices in the global market have dropped within the past 72 hours. Deliberations are ongoing, and options will be presented soon. Efforts will be made to ensure that the benefit reaches both the economy and the public.
