Gold prices in Pakistan decreased on Friday in line with their loss in the international market.

In the local market, the gold price per tola fell by Rs8,600 and was sold Rs519,962.

Similarly, 10-gram gold fell by Rs7,373 and was sold at Rs445,783 according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The international rate of gold declined by $86 to reach $4,972 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs501 to reach Rs8,324 per tola.
