In a major development in the investigations into Tuesday’s Islamabad courthouse blast, the police have arrested the man who transported the bomber to the blast site on a motorcycle.
According to officials, the attacker reached the courthouse using an online ride-sharing service.
Investigators traced and detained the driver, who reportedly took the bomber from Golra to the courts for a fare of Rs200.
Authorities said further investigation is underway to identify those who facilitated the bomber’s travel to Golra prior to the attack.
