Lahore police’s Dolphin Squad foiled an attempt to supply dead chicken meat to local eateries, seizing over 100 kilograms of rotten poultry and arresting two suspects.

According to the police spokesperson, the team stopped two motorcyclists during a routine check in Nawan Kot after noticing a foul smell.

The suspects tried to flee but were caught.

The accused, identified as Abdullah and Bilal, were transporting dead chicken meat wrapped in sacks to a burger and shawarma point.

The Dolphin Squad handed them over to the Nawan Kot Police for legal action.
