The price of 24-karat gold on Tuesday decreased by Rs3,500 per tola to Rs420,362 as compared to Rs423,862 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold came down by Rs3,001 to Rs360,392, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold declined by Rs2,859 to Rs330,263.

The price of international gold also dipped by $35 to $3,980 per ounce.

Meanwhile, the rate of silver per tola decreased by Rs130 to Rs5,022, and the price of 10 grams of silver declined by Rs112 to Rs4,305. The international silver price decreased by $1.30 to $47.60 per ounce, the association reported.
