In a stunning revelation for Stranger Things fans, Millie Bobby Brown has accused her co-star David Harbour of bullying and harassment during the production of the Netflix blockbuster, according to media reports.

According to the Daily Mail, Brown, who plays Eleven, filed a detailed formal complaint described as “pages and pages” before production began on the fifth and final season.

“Millie Bobby Brown filed a harassment and bullying claim before they started shooting the last season. There were pages and pages of accusations. The investigation went on for months,” a source told the outlet.

Harbour, who portrays Police Chief Jim Hopper, Eleven’s on-screen father, reportedly faced an internal investigation following the complaint.

The results of the inquiry have not been disclosed.

Brown, however, is said to have finished filming with a personal representative present on set.

The Daily Mail noted that Harbour was not accused of any sexual misconduct. Representatives for both actors have yet to issue public statements.

The allegations contrast with Harbour’s earlier remarks about his close bond with Brown. In a 2021 podcast, he said, “Millie and I have always had sort of a special relationship because I knew her when she was so young. I knew her before any of this big fame hit. I have a real protective feeling for her. I have a real, like, worry.”

According to Gulf News, the news comes as excitement builds for the upcoming season 5 of Stranger Things.

The recently released trailer picks up after Hawkins was nearly quarantined in the previous season. Eleven is seen trying to find an escape, while her friends unite against the formidable Vecna, who is once again targeting Will.

Stranger Things Season 5 will premiere in phases. While Volume 1 is set to release on November 26, Volume 2 has been set for a Christmas release.

The finale will release on New Year’s Eve.
