OGRA cuts LPG prices by Rs5.89 per kg for November
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Friday reduced the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs5.89 per kilogram for November, providing relief to domestic consumers.
According to an OGRA notification, the price of an 11.8kg household cylinder has been reduced by Rs69.44.
Following the revision, the new price of a domestic cylinder stands at Rs2,378.89, down from Rs2,448.33 in October.
The notification stated that the new per-kilogram price of LPG has been set at Rs201.60, effective from November 1.
OGRA has been consistently revising LPG prices over recent months.
In October, the authority cut the price by Rs6.71 per kg and reduced the domestic cylinder by Rs79.14.
Similar downward revisions were made in September, August, and July.
The latest price adjustment comes as part of the regulator’s monthly review, aimed at aligning domestic prices with international market trends.
