KP cabinet sworn in as Governor Kundi takes oath in Peshawar
The newly-appointed cabinet ministers of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government have been sworn in, as Governor Fasial Karim Kundi administered the oath-taking ceremony in Peshawar on Friday.
Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, Speaker Assembly Babar Saleem Swati, along with other senior officials, attended the ceremony at the Governor’s House.
In the first phase of cabinet formation, 10 ministers, two advisors, and a special assistant had been included.
The ministers included Mina Khan, Fazal Shakoor, Faisal Turkai, Aaqibullah, Arshad Ayub Khan, Aftab Alam, Dr Amjad, Khaliq-ur-Rehman, Riaz Khan, and Syed Fakhar Jehan.
Mazmil Aslam and Taj Muhammad Tarand took oath as advisers to the provincial chief executive, while Shafeeullah Jan as a special assistant.
