Indian Forces Alerted: Field Marshal Sends Strong Message - Aaj News Pakistan News

Chief of the Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has said that the Pakistan Armed Forces, by defeating the enemy in “Marka-e-Haq,” have restored the nation’s confidence and vowed that not an inch of the country’s sacred soil will be handed over to any adversary.

Addressing the passing-out parade for the 152nd Long Course at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul on Saturday as the chief guest, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that, as in Marka-e-Haq, every state-sponsored proxy of the neighbour would be crushed.

Cadets of the 37th Technical Graduate Course, the 71st Integrated Course, and the 26th Lady Cadet Course participated in the ceremony.

Forty foreign cadets from friendly countries — including Qatar, Mali, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Iraq, the Maldives, Yemen and Palestine — also completed their training.

At the start of the parade, Field Marshal Asim Munir inspected the parade and received a salute from the cadets.

The event was attended by senior officers of the Pakistan Army, foreign diplomats, military attachés and prominent personalities.

On the occasion, Babar Company was awarded the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, and prizes were distributed among cadets who displayed outstanding performance.

In his address, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that during Operation Bunyān-um-Marsoos, the Pakistan Army demonstrated its military capabilities and, in “Marka-e-Haq,” defeated an enemy many times its size, restoring the nation’s confidence.

He said that with God’s help and the support of the nation, Pakistan had achieved a major success in defending its borders.

The Field Marshal said that during “Marka-e-Haq”, the Pakistan Air Force shot down the enemy’s Rafale aircraft, struck several of its bases and S-400 missile systems, and that Pakistan had showcased strong multi-domain warfare capabilities.

He said this victory proves that the Pakistani nation is united like an iron wall and will not bow before any aggression.

Field Marshal Asim Munir warned that the military and economic losses inflicted on the enemy will exceed India’s expectations, and cautioned Indian military leadership that there is no room for war between the two countries in a nuclear environment.

He urged that fundamental issues with Pakistan be resolved on the basis of equality and mutual respect in accordance with international principles.

Field Marshal Munir made clear that despite unfounded accusations from India, Pakistan not only achieved success on the battlefield but also received international recognition.

“We warn our enemy that there is no room for war in a nuclear environment, and if anyone resorts to aggression, the response will be far harsher than expected,” he said.

Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir said Pakistan remains committed to its defensive doctrine of “credible deterrence,” which is based on full preparedness and broad capabilities.

He said India is using state-sponsored terrorism and “Fitna Al Hindustan” as proxies, but Pakistan will resolutely confront all such challenges.

He urged the Afghan government to rein in terrorist groups that are using Afghan soil against Pakistan, and said Pakistan’s law-enforcement agencies and its brave people will defeat this scourge as well.

On Indian-occupied Kashmir, Field Marshal Asim Munir said, “India’s state terrorism and atrocities must end — how long will the Kashmiri people continue to suffer oppression and deprivation?”

He assured that Pakistan will continue its political, diplomatic and moral support for the Kashmiri people in accordance with UN resolutions.

Commenting on the situation in Gaza, he said the world has finally taken notice of the Israeli aggression, genocide and forced displacement of Palestinians.

Pakistan played an important diplomatic role that helped pave the way for a ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

On international relations, he said Pakistan has emerged as a “regional stabiliser”.

He cited the historic defence agreement with Saudi Arabia, the resumption of talks with Iran, expanding ties with Muslim countries, strategic partnership with China and the restoration of relations with the United States as proof of Pakistan’s successful diplomacy.

He added, “It is an honour for the people and armed forces of Pakistan to offer their services for the defence of the Two Holy Mosques.”

In closing, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir said, “By God’s grace, we will not give up even an inch of our sacred land to the enemy”.

He warned that the enemy seeks to create divisions between Pakistan’s armed forces and its people, but stressed, “We are united.”

Paying tribute to the nation, martyrs, war veterans, religious scholars, scientists, the media, the bureaucracy and the education sector, he said, “You all are the true guardians of this nation, and I assure you that Pakistan will always live with its head held high in peace, progress and dignity.”
