North Waziristan: Four Khawarij killed as forces foil suicide attack in Mir Ali
A suicide attack attempt by ٖFitna Al Khawarij militants on a security forces’ camp in Mir Ali was thwarted on Friday, resulting in the death of all four attackers.
Sources said the incident began when one militant rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into the wall of the military camp. Following the explosion, three more militants tried to enter the camp.
Security forces responded swiftly, killing all three attackers before they could breach the perimeter.
Pakistan Army on Thursday had also thwarted an infiltration attempt by terrorists and killed between 45 and 50 militants belonging to the outlawed Fitna Al Khawarij network during a major operation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Mohmand district.
In a separate statement issued by ISPR earlier, it was revealed that between October 13 and 15, 2025, at least 34 militants linked to the outlawed group – backed by Indian proxies
