Toshakhana-II case hearing against Bushra Bibi adjourned until Thursday

Defence arguments concluded; final submissions to be presented by Barrister Salman Safdar

The hearing in the Toshakhana-II case against the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, Bushra Bibi, was adjourned until tomorrow (Thursday) in Rawalpindi.

During the proceedings, the defence lawyers completed their arguments, and Barrister Salman Safdar is scheduled to present the final arguments tomorrow.

The hearing was conducted by Special Judge Central, Shahrukh Arjumand, at Adiala Jail, where the PTI founder’s lawyer, Qausain Faisal and Bushra Bibi’s lawyer, Arshad Tabriz, concluded their arguments.

Both the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi were produced before the special court at Adiala Jail.

The hearing was attended by party leaders, including Senator Mishal Yousafzai, Senator Ali Zafar, and Barrister Saif.

Family members of the accused, including three sisters of the PTI founder, cousin Qasim Zaman, and Nosherwan Burki, were also present in court.

FIA was represented by Bilal Butt and Shahrooz Gilani during the proceedings.
