High-level Saudi delegation arrives in Karachi to explore investment opportunities

Sindh CM invites Saudi investors to key sectors; Governor Tesori highlights brotherly Pakistan–Saudi ties

A high-level business delegation, headed by Prince Mansour bin Mohammad Al Saud, Chairman, Saudi-Pakistan Joint Business Council, arrived in Karachi on Thursday.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and Governor Kamran Tessori warmly received the visiting dignitary and his delegation upon their arrival.

Welcoming the delegation at the Chief Minister’s House, Murad Ali Shah invited Saudi investors to explore investment opportunities in key sectors of Sindh, including energy, infrastructure, agriculture, livestock, construction, logistics, and mining.

Prince Mansour appreciated the investment-friendly environment and business potential in Karachi and across Sindh.

He also announced the establishment of subcommittees to identify and facilitate investment in multiple sectors.

Later, a special ceremony was held in honour of Prince Mansour and his delegation at the Governor’s House.

The visiting guests were presented with a guard of honour by contingents of various departments.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoy brotherly and time-tested relations.

“Saudi Arabia has always stood by Pakistan in difficult times,” he said, expressing gratitude for the Kingdom’s continued support.

The Saudi delegation comprises prominent business leaders and investors representing sectors such as energy, infrastructure, agriculture, livestock, mining, construction, logistics, and finance.
