OGRA slashes LPG prices; domestic cylinder now Rs79 cheaper
New rates to take effect from midnight
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a reduction in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) prices for October.
According to the notification issued by OGRA, the price of LPG has been decreased by Rs6.70 per kilogram. As a result, the cost of an 11.8 kg domestic LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs79.14.
With the new pricing in effect, the revised price of a domestic LPG cylinder is now set at Rs 2,448.33.
These new rates will come into effect from midnight tonight and will remain applicable throughout October.
