Four teenagers killed, two injured as old mortar shell explodes in Bajaur
Victims include teenagers; injured airlifted to Peshawar for treatment
A tragic incident occurred in Mamond tehsil’s Laghrai area of Bajaur on Saturday when an old mortar shell exploded, killing four people and injuring two others.
According to officials, the deceased were identified as 18-year-old Sajjad, 13-year-old Naushad, 18-year-old Fawad, and 15-year-old Jawad.
The victims were reportedly handling the unexploded ordnance when it went off.
The two injured were shifted by a Pakistan Army helicopter to Peshawar for advanced medical treatment.
