Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is scheduled to visit Pakistan in November at the invitation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is expected to arrive in Islamabad during the first week of November, according to sources.

Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister Murat Nurtleu will be accompanying the president as part of the delegation.

The Kazakhstan delegation is expected to meet President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar.

During the visit, delegation-level talks will be held between the two countries, the sources added.

Pakistan and Kazakhstan are expected to sign 20 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) during the visit.
