Four Fitna Al Khawarij terrorists killed in Balochistan operation
Four most-wanted terrorists were killed during an intelligence-based joint operation conducted by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) and security agencies in Balochistan’s Pishin district.
According to a CTD spokesperson, the operation was carried out on credible intelligence. During the raid, the terrorists opened fire on the security forces, which was retaliated effectively, resulting in the death of four terrorists.
The spokesperson said that the deceased terrorists belonged to the “Fitna Al Khawarij” group.
During the operation, security personnel recovered two AK-47 rifles, two 9mm pistols, two hand grenades, detonators, primer cord, and other explosive materials.
The slain terrorists were involved in the attack on an FC truck on Chaman Road, the murder of a Levies officer in Pishin, and other attacks on police personnel.
The spokesperson added that the terrorists were wanted in several serious cases and had been on the radar of law enforcement agencies.
He further stated that a clearance operation was ongoing, and raids were being conducted to apprehend any remaining terrorists in the area.
