19 Indian-sponsored militants killed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa operations

Security forces conduct three operations against Fitna Al Khawarij

Security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have eliminated 19 militants affiliated with the India-backed Fitna Al Khawarij in three separate operations over the past two days.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the general area of Guluno in Mohmand district, where the militants’ hideout was effectively targeted.

After an intense exchange of fire, 14 Indian-sponsored Khawarij were killed.

In a second intelligence-based operation in Datta Khel, North Waziristan, four more Khawarij were killed in a gun battle with the forces.

The third operation was carried out in Bannu, where one militant was neutralised.

The ISPR stated that weapons and ammunition were recovered from the Indian-sponsored militants who had been involved in multiple terrorist activities in the region.

Sanitisation operations were being conducted to eliminate any other kharji found in the area, as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country, the ISPR added.
