Pakistan’s Olympic gold medalist javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem is in full swing with his preparations for the upcoming World Athletics Championship, as his coach and physio have declared him fit and ready to compete for another gold.

At Punjab Stadium Lahore, Arshad is training rigorously in morning and evening sessions, focusing on physical conditioning, running, and javelin throw practice.

His coach Salman Butt and physio Dr Asad Abbas Shah expressed confidence in his form, saying that the star athlete is not only fit but also primed to deliver a top performance.

“We are optimistic that Arshad Nadeem will once again bring home a gold medal for Pakistan,” they said.

Arshad is scheduled to depart for Tokyo, Japan, on September 9.

He will represent Pakistan in the World Athletics Championship, where he will compete on September 17 and 18.
