PCB awards domestic contracts to 65 women cricketers
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has awarded the domestic contracts to 65 women cricketers for the domestic cricket season 2025-26 on Thursday.
These contracts will run for the upcoming season, from July 2025 to June 2026.
According to the PCB, this is the first time that the contracts have been “categorised into Gold and Silver with 20 and 45 players awarded, respectively.”

Names were finalised by the members of the National Women’s Selection Committee members former Test Cricketer Asad Shafiq and former Pakistan Women’s International cricketer Batool Fatima.
“Players outside of this pool can also stake a claim in the domestic contracts list by proving their potential in the upcoming domestic events and regional academy camps,” said the statement.
