The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has introduced a new online service, “Nusuk Umrah,” designed to streamline the process for foreign Muslims seeking Umrah visas.

This initiative allows pilgrims to apply directly for their visas without needing an agent or intermediary.

Officials have indicated that the Nusuk platform aims to provide a comprehensive and user-friendly experience, facilitating everything from visa applications to travel accommodations in one convenient location.

This service complements the traditional authorised travel agents, offering pilgrims the flexibility to choose between complete packages or individual services based on their preferences.

The platform is available in seven languages, connected to official networks to speed up visa issuance and other related services. It also offers multiple payment options to cater to an international audience.

Through this digital platform, Umrah pilgrims can not only secure their visas but also book accommodations, transportation, and various tours online. The service can be accessed via the official website umrah.nusuk.sa.

The ministry emphasized that pilgrims can select from various packages tailored to their needs, and information about approved travel agents is included for those who may encounter difficulties using the online application.

The government highlighted that the “Nusuk Umrah” platform aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to enhance the quality of Hajj and Umrah services and accommodate a greater number of Muslim pilgrims.
