Karachi is currently experiencing heavy rainfall across multiple areas, including Gulshan-e-Mimar, Water Pump, and Ayesha Manzil, as well as their surrounding neighborhoods.

North Karachi and Surjani Town are also facing ongoing rain.

According to reports, intense downpours in Gurumandir, Lsbela, Saddar, and Liaquatabad.

Furthermore, rain persists in North Nazimabad, Hyderi, and adjacent regions, affecting daily life across the city.

The Meteorological Department has issued a forecast indicating intermittent rainfall across most districts of Sindh from August 17 to 19.

In Karachi, rain is expected to persist until August 23, with one or two spells of heavy downpours anticipated, raising alarms about potential urban flooding.

Additionally, the department warned that severe rain, storms, and lightning could disrupt daily routines.

Residents are advised to exercise caution and avoid unnecessary travel during this period.
