The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has arrested well-known YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, at Lahore Airport.

A Judicial Magistrate in Lahore has also granted a two-day remand of the YouTuber to the Police.

The magistrate ordered the police to present Saad-ur-Rehman, aka Ducky Bhai, before the court on August 19. It also sought the detailed report from the investigative officer.

According to sources, Ducky Bhai was under investigation in various cases, and his name was included in the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).

The sources said that Ducky Bhai was attempting to leave the country to avoid legal proceedings, but airport authorities stopped him upon discovering his name on the list.

According to an NCCIA spokesperson, Ducky Bhai promoted several gambling applications through various videos on social media.

The accused made 27 videos to promote gambling apps, the spokesperson said, adding that the accused’s mobile phone has also been seized for investigation.

It is worth noting that in April, the Motorway Police had registered two cases against him for performing dangerous car stunts.

It was alleged that he drove with his foot on the steering wheel and that the speed of his vehicle had reached 200km/ hour.

These cases were registered at Chakri and Laksian police stations in Rawalpindi, after which Ducky Bhai obtained bail to avoid arrest.

It is worth mentioning that in 2024, Ducky Bhai and his wife, Aroob Jatoi, were detained by the police in Lahore’s Model Town area after displaying firearms on social media.

According to authorities, he is facing investigation in various case,s and further legal action is expected.
