India’s national security and aerospace news magazine, ‘Force’, claimed that China will help Pakistan to become the leading military power in the region.

On Thursday, through a YouTube video, the magazine’s analyst Pravin Sawhney presented a thorough analysis of Pakistan’s announcement of a new Army Rocket Force Command.

He called the announcement made by Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz related to the formation of a new Army Rocket Force Command on the country’s independence day a “big news”.

“There is no doubt that this new command is inspired by the China’s People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) Rocket Force,” he said.

As per his analysis, the Indian military faced a one-front reinforced war during the so-called “Operation Sindoor”.

Sawhney claimed that India did not face Pakistan’s military alone but a military “fully supported by the PLA’s non-kinetic capabilities without the PLA showing its hand.”

“Now it seems that China has made the decision to fully support the Pakistan military to become the leading military power in the region,” he averred.

He acknowledged the Pakistan Air Force’s operational and strategic dominance in the recent face-off between Pakistan and India in May.

“We saw at the ‘Operation Sindoor’ that the Pakistan Air Force displayed its capabilities at the operational level of war.”

“They did not go to the tactical level of war, which involves the one-on-one engagement, the dogfight; instead, they used BVRs (Beyond-the-visual-range), fully supported by a digital ecosystem or what they call ‘A new war concept of multi-domain operation’,” he continued.

The ‘Force’ magazine’s analyst avouched that the Pakistan Air Force and the newly-formed rocket command will be supported by China’s BeiDuo system, “a satellite constellation, which will provide round-the-clock awareness and also help Pakistani missiles in precision firing”.

Deterrence to Bunker Busters

Pravin Sawhney, in a statement, claimed that India’s Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has been working on the expansion of AGNI-V, India’s nuclear vector with a range of 5000 kilometres that also carries the bunker busters. It can bust a bunker under 80 to 100 meters below the ground before detonating.

He said that India’s been planning to use that to destroy the underground nuclear facilities of Pakistan; however, Pakistan’s new rocket force command can prevent India from launching any attack on its assets.

“This new rocket command of Pakistan will provide deterrence to India from doing any such thing,” he confessed.
