Security forces have killed three more militants during a successful clearance operation in Balochistan’s Zhob district, bringing the number of militants eliminated in recent operations to 50.

In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that security forces had successfully eliminated 47 Kharijites in Sambza and its surrounding areas in Zhob from August 7 to 9.

On the night of August 10-11, a well-planned and well-coordinated clearance operation was carried out near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, in which three more terrorists of Fitna Al Hindustan were killed.

Security forces also recovered a large quantity of weapons, ammunition and explosives from killed khawarij.

The ISPR emphasised that these operations are part of continued efforts to ensure the security of Pakistan’s borders, maintain internal peace, and uphold national stability.

“The armed forces remain resolute and committed to thwarting the nefarious designs of the enemy at any cost,” the statement added.
