ACC announces host cities for T20 Asia Cup 2025
The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced Dubai and Abu Dhabi to host matches of the upcoming Men’s T20 Asia Cup 2025 next month.
The tournament is scheduled to run from September 9 to 28 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
“Hosting it in the UAE allows us to bring the excitement to one of the most vibrant cricketing hubs in the world,” ACC President Mohsin Naqvi said in a media release.
“Dubai and Abu Dhabi are well equipped to deliver a seamless and world-class experience for players, fans, and broadcasters alike.”
Abu Dhabi will host the opener between Afghanistan and Hong Kong on September 9.
Arch-rivals India and Pakistan to meet in Dubai on September 14.
The tournament’s final will be played in Dubai.

Group B
- Sri Lanka
- Bangladesh
- Afghanistan
- Hong Kong
At the end of the group stage, the top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super Four round, leading to the final.
