The Asia Cup 2025 will be hosted United Arab Emirates (UAE), the sources confirm the news on Thursday.

All tournament matches are expected to be held in across two major venues: Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

A total of eight teams, including arch-rivals Pakistan and India, are expected to participate in the continental event.

Alongside full-member nations, associate teams such as the UAE, Oman, and Hong Kong are also likely to feature in the tournament.

The official announcement regarding the schedule and venue is expected following the upcoming Asian Cricket Council (ACC) meeting in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The ACC’s president, Mohsin Naqvi, will chair the important meeting. Indian representatives will also attend.

The UAE previously hosted the Asia Cup in 2018 and 2022, and is once again being considered a neutral and logistically feasible venue for the 2025 edition.
