Passenger bus turns over due to high speed on National Highway
In a recent incident, the passenger bus overturned due to high speed on the national highway near Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS). During the incident around two people were killed and around 40 passengers were injured, five are said to be critically injured.
According to the police, the injured were immediately shifted to the Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) where they are undergoing treatment.
The injured include Gada Hussain, Shoaib Shah, Farhan Danish and others, however, the identity of the deceased has not been ascertained yet.
After the accident, the coach overturned and fell on the side of the road, trapping several passengers in the bus.
On the other hand, a speeding tractor trolley ran over two motorcycles on Gaji Khawar Road in Mehar area of Dadu, resulting in the death of four people, including two brothers. According to the police, all the bodies have been shifted to Mehar Hospital.
Eyewitnesses say that the accident was very sad and heartbreaking, people rushed to help but the collision was so severe that four people died on the spot.
The police have started an investigation into the incident and a search is on for the driver of the tractor-trolley.
These tragic incidents of traffic accidents have sparked a wave of anger among the citizens.
The public has demanded that the relevant authorities take strict action against speeding and reckless driving on the roads so that precious lives can be saved.
