Rain, thunderstorms expected in Sindh, including Karachi, on July 19
The Met office’s early warning center has announced a forecast for rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in several areas of Sindh, including Karachi, on July 19.
The department indicates that today and tomorrow, Karachi will likely experience partly cloudy and humid weather, with temperatures ranging from 34 to 36 degrees Celsius.
In Karachi, humidity levels may rise to 80% in the morning and settle around 65% by evening. Currently, intermittent monsoon rains are affecting most areas of the province.
Today, thunderstorms are expected in the districts of Dadu and Qambar Shahdadkot.
Additionally, rain is forecasted for tomorrow, July 18, in Tharparkar, Umerkot, Mirpurkhas, Thatta, and Sajawal.
The rainfall is anticipated to expand further on July 19, with thunderstorms expected in Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, Sanghar, Badin, Thatta, and Sajawal.
The Met office has urged citizens to exercise caution during the rainy conditions and advised relevant agencies to remain prepared for any potential emergencies.
