Recent rains raise concerns over E-11 flyover’s integrity and government oversight
Administration has begun temporary repairs by filling the cracks with soil
The recent rains have cast doubt on the government’s performance and construction quality. Deep cracks have appeared on one side of the E-11 flyover in the capital, raising serious concerns about the durability of the bridge and the transparency of the project.
According to sources, the relevant administration has started the process of temporary repairs by pouring soil to hide the cracks.
The staff is busy covering the cracks on the edges of the bridge with soil.
It should be noted that the construction work on the flyover was completed some time ago and it has also been formally inaugurated.
However, the condition of the road deteriorated in the first rain.
