CTD Sindh neutralizes two terrorists in Karachi operation
In an incident, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Sindh killed two terrorists in a sensitive operation in Askani Mohalla, Hub River Road, Shahra-e-Qaideen, in Karachi.
During the operation, the terrorists opened heavy fire on CTD personnel, to which the terrorists were effectively retaliated and killed.
According to CTD officials, a suicide vest and weapons were also recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists, which raises suspicions that they were planning a major attack.
In the exchange of fire, the CTD team completely surrounded the area and conducted a search operation.
The operation was carried out on information about the presence of Fitna Al-Khawarij terrorists.
The CTD said that the process of identifying the two alleged terrorists is underway and further investigation is being carried out.
