The investigation into the death of model and actress Humaira Asghar has expanded as authorities intensify efforts to uncover the circumstances surrounding the case.

Police have completed both the post-mortem examination of her body and a detailed forensic inspection of her apartment. All collected evidence has been forwarded to the forensic laboratory at the University of Karachi for analysis.

According to investigative sources, nine samples in total have been sent for forensic testing, including a blood sample from Humaira Asghar’s brother. The DNA verification aims to identify any possible connections or inconsistencies.

Officials reported that four samples were gathered during the post-mortem, while another four were collected from different spots inside the residence. Forensic experts are working to determine the precise cause of death.

Authorities emphasized that the inquiry is being conducted from all possible angles, and the next steps will be guided by the forensic findings.
