Senate opposition leader Shibli Faraz hospitalized with chest pain
Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, Shibli Faraz, was hospitalized late last night after suffering severe chest pain.
He was rushed to the Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC), where he received immediate medical attention.
According to a spokesperson for the PIC, Faraz was admitted with symptoms of cardiac discomfort, prompting doctors to place him under 24-hour observation to closely monitor his condition.
Hospital sources confirmed that his health has since stabilized, and he remains under treatment.
A team of specialist doctors is expected to meet today to review his case further and conduct additional tests to arrive at a definitive diagnosis and determine the next steps in his care.
