Pakistan will never surrender in terror fight, Bilawal declares
Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has declared that surrender is not an option for Pakistan, emphasizing that the country has been engaged in the fight against terrorism for the past two decades and has made tremendous sacrifices in the process.
Speaking at an event organized by the Policy Research Institute in Islamabad, Bilawal Bhutto highlighted that terrorism remains a global challenge.
He noted that Pakistan has lost more than 92,000 lives in this struggle, including civilians and members of security forces.
He pointed out that in the past year alone, over 600 soldiers were martyred in counter-terrorism operations an indication of Pakistan’s unwavering commitment to eliminating terrorism in all its forms.
In remarks directed at India, Bilawal called on New Delhi to join international efforts to combat terrorism instead of engaging in blame games.
He stressed that sustainable peace in the region will only be possible if India agrees to meaningful dialogue on unresolved issues such as Kashmir.
