French President Emmanuel Macron posted an image of a French-made Rafale fighter jet on X, captioned “European friends, you have a call,” on Friday.

This sparked a wave of comments from netizens, particularly in Pakistan, who reminded readers of the recent conflict between India and Pakistan involving the aircraft.

In his defense, Macron is advocating for Europe to bolster its military capabilities and reduce dependence on the United States.

However, users quickly pointed out that during the recent skirmish, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shot down three Rafale jets using Chinese-made J-10 fighter jets, leaving India in a state of humiliation.
