Authorities have arrested Station House Officer (SHO), Hakim Khan, for his alleged involvement in the killing of a six-year-old child in Karak, Balochistan.

The child’s funeral was held late at night and drew thousands of mourners from the local community.

However, the child, identified as Owais Qarni, was shot by the Teri police.

Locals stated that the boy, the son of a poor street vendor, was targeted without cause.

They warned that the police will be held accountable if justice is not served.

Also, the victim’s family and area residents have demanded urgent action from the provincial government and senior officials.
