Petroleum prices likely to go up for next two weeks
Fluctuation in international market amid ongoing Iran-Israel conflict behind move
Amid fluctuations in the international oil market, petroleum product prices in Pakistan are expected to rise from June 16, sources said on Saturday.
According to the sources, prices may increase for the next 15 days, with petrol likely to go up by Rs1.12 per litre and high-speed diesel by Rs5.30 per litre.
Similarly, the price of kerosene oil may rise by Rs4.16 per litre.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has forwarded its final price working to the government.
The Ministry of Finance will issue the official notification after approval from the prime minister.
