PM offers Eid prayers at Model Town Mosque
The Prime Minister (PM) Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday offered Eid-ul-Adha prayers at the Model Town mosque, marking the religious occasion with solemnity and tradition.
Accompanying the PM were his sons, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif and Salman Shahbaz Sharif along with a large number of local residents who also attended the congregational prayer.
Following the Eid prayer, the PM warmly exchanged Eid greetings with his sons and fellow worshipers.
A special prayer was held for the security, stability and progress of Pakistan, invoking unity and prosperity for the nation during the holy festival.
The Prime Minister’s presence among the public on this festive occasion was seen as a gesture of solidarity and goodwill, reflecting the spirit of Eid-ul-Adha.
Governor Kundi offers Eid-ul-Adha prayer at Aiwan-e-Sadr
Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, on Saturday offered the Eid-ul-Adha prayer at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad on the occasion of the sacred festival.
Special prayers were offered for the security and prosperity of the country, national unity, the solidarity of the Muslim Ummah, and the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs.
Following the Eid prayer, Governor Kundi met with President Asif Ali Zardari and conveyed Eid greetings to him.
In return, President Zardari extended warm Eid-ul-Adha greetings to Governor Kundi and the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
