The Met Office predicted on Saturday that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Upper Punjab, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan will see partly cloudy conditions over the next 24 hours, with possible thunderstorms, rain, and hail in several areas.

PMD further warned that strong winds could threaten weak structures and solar panels on rooftops, urging citizens to take precautions.

In contrast, high temperatures will continue in Sindh and Balochistan, with Lahore and Karachi expected to reach maximums of up to 40 degrees Celsius during this period.

The PMD urged residents to take necessary safety precautions due to the adverse weather conditions and to refrain from unnecessary travel.
