Construction work at Jam Sadiq Bridge causes delay in commute
Traffic flow around the Jam Sadiq Bridge in Karachi has been disrupted due to ongoing construction work, causing inconvenience for commuters in the area.
According to traffic police, both tracks of the bridge have been closed to facilitate pillar installation, with the work expected to continue until 7pm.
Authorities have provided alternative routes to help maintain traffic movement. Vehicles coming from Hino Chowrangi are being diverted towards the Korangi River, while traffic from Godam Chowrangi is being rerouted towards the crossing.
Motorists are urged to follow traffic police directions and use alternate routes where possible to avoid delays.
